Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of pre-operative patients
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with our surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe surgical environment for our patients
  • Assist in setting up the Operating Room by ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available and in proper working condition
  • Implement and maintain strict aseptic technique throughout the surgical procedure
  • Provide care, compassion, and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the surgical process
  • Remain Up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical technology, nursing practices, and industry regulations with AORN
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
  • BLS (American Heart Association BLS Provider or American Red Cross BLS)
  • ACLS (American Heart Association ACLS Provider or American Red Cross ACLS) within 60 days of hire
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred but not required
