Position Overview

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience.

My Health Onsite specializes in managing employer-sponsored health and wellness facilities. Our dedicated medical team prioritizes building meaningful relationships with patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention. We offer a comprehensive range of medical services, including diagnostic imaging, an onsite pharmacy, wellness initiatives, and treatment for both acute and chronic health conditions. Our focus extends beyond treating illnesses; we emphasize preventive care as our primary objective.

Work Schedule: Locations available across various sites.

Typical Work Hours: Monday to Friday; specific hours to be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with the Clinical Operations Director, including the submission of weekly progress reports.
  • Support the Clinical Operations Director in overseeing daily operations of the health center.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to ancillary staff under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Director.
  • Ensure that patients receive exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate work schedules and manage time-off requests.
  • Order necessary medications and supplies as required.
  • Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure compliance and safety standards.
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Director with the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and performance management.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain trust in patient care information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Operations Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a primary or urgent care environment.
  • At least one year of management experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and patients.
