- Identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies, including outcome-based models, to deliver business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini.
- Lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that satisfies business requirements and enables timely and profitable delivery on projects.
- Take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across multiple lines of business.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the manufacturing industry, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform, and industry-specific cloud offerings.
- Deep knowledge and experience with SAP modules specific to manufacturing, such as SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP MM, and SAP EWM.
- Experience with SAP ME and SAP MII to monitor and optimize shop floor operations and proficiency in integrating manufacturing processes with supply chain modules like SAP SCM, SAP IBP, and SAP SD.
- Big 4/consultancy experience is preferred.
- 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience with S4.
- S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation experience.
- SAP certifications are preferred.
