Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in month-end and year-end close processes
  • Preparing all financial statements and external financial reporting
  • Conducting and documenting financial analysis projects
  • Supporting year-end financial audits and preparation of 990 forms
  • Preparing and monitoring annual budgets and allocations
  • Investigating variances between current results and forecasts versus prior ones and determining major causes of change
  • Synthesizing information from different sources and formats to generate reporting and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining cash position reporting
  • Managing cash deposits
  • Identifying and developing process improvements within finance as well as across the organization to enhance efficiency and financial control
  • Preparing accounting schedules such as prepaids, accruals, depreciation/amortization, and revenue recognition
