Position Summary:
The Billing Specialist III is tasked with managing the billing and collection processes for hospital charges across various payers.

Qualifications:
Some roles within this title series may necessitate bilingual capabilities to assist Spanish-speaking or other foreign language-speaking clients.
Proven experience with computers and relevant software applications.
Ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships throughout the Health System.
Familiarity with revenue cycle processes acquired through prior experience in a healthcare environment.
Strong mathematical skills to accurately perform various calculations related to patient accounting.
Experience in creating and modifying spreadsheets.
Understanding of all non-governmental payment practices.
Must possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential for successful performance in assigned duties.
