Key Responsibilities- Manage and train a team of 2-5 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cookie sales.
- Supervise and coordinate the ordering, inventory control, and scheduling processes.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires and lead new staff onboarding and initial training.
- Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Upsell and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
- Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00.
- Eligibility for end-of-period store bonus.

- 10 days of paid vacation plus 2 paid Insomnia Personal Days of Wellness and paid sick time.
