Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train a team of 2-5 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cookie sales.
  • Supervise and coordinate the ordering, inventory control, and scheduling processes.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires and lead new staff onboarding and initial training.
  • Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Upsell and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
