Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Modernization Lead to oversee our Base Infrastructure Modernization Program (BIM) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure meets the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Develop Project Plans**: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that they meet our quality and delivery standards.
  • Ensure Compliance**: Verify that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor Progress**: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience**: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on network infrastructure modernization.
  • Certifications**: PMP/PMI certification highly desirable.
  • Skillset**: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location-Based Pay Ranges

Colorado: $93,210 - $124,280

District of Columbia, Texas, Virginia: $88,980 - $118,630

West Virginia: $84,740 - $112,980
