Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Quickly and accurately assess patient care needs, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to provide exceptional care, communicating effectively to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Diagnostic Testing and Treatment: Perform all requested diagnostic tests, diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually and working at maximum efficiency without compromising quality of care.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas, American Heart Association BLS certification required within 90 days, ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience and Education: 1+ year of experience in Trauma or Emergency care preferred.
