Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and managing manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safely operating equipment to produce high-quality rolls of plastic film.
  • Conducting roll changes, including the removal of completed rolls and preparing for new production.
  • Monitoring extrusion lines and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Coordinating raw material flow to support production needs.
  • Documenting machine operating conditions accurately.
  • Performing routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment for efficient operation.
Tools and Equipment

Operators will work with various machinery and tools, including:

  • Extrusion lines and related equipment.
  • Hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and measuring devices.
  • Material handling equipment including forklifts and conveyors.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing environments is preferred.
