Job Summary

The Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist provides professional nursing care to patients in outpatient settings, including primary and specialty care facilities, community clinics, and telehealth encounters. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patient needs, developing individualized plans of care to promote optimal health outcomes

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
