Job Summary
The Waterview Pines seeks a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality direct care to our tenants. As an essential member of our care team, you will work under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
The LPN is responsible for providing tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care. This includes:

  1. Implementing Interventions Delegated by the RN or Physician
  2. Collecting Tenant Health Data and Comparing to Normal Findings
  3. Reporting Changes and/or Responses to Interventions in an Ongoing Manner
  4. Assigning and Monitoring Nursing Tasks or Activities of Unlicensed Nursing Staff

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Completion of a Professional Nursing Education Program Approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
  • Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Care
