About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Nestle Purina PetCare Company. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize digital warehouse systems to coordinate shipping and receiving processes
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure daily completion of dock schedules
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled in full, meeting product quality and quantity standards
  • Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse and Operations Planning teams as needed
  • Manage daily flow of drivers for warehouse loads and unloads
  • Work closely with Transportation team on trailer inventories, product cuts, overweights, and dock schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
