Private Wealth Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Consultant to join our team at Hines. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving assets under management and initiatives in a respective territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to drive business growth and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with the financial advisory community, providing accurate product information and sales support.
- Handle incoming phone calls from brokers and potentially shareowners, utilizing multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Assist with managing territory budget and reviewing expenditures to ensure alignment with business plans.
- Identify and resolve account issues, working closely with Operations and Client Service departments.
- Plan and deliver presentations for Regional and Associate Leader meetings.
- Provide sales support and scheduling needs for the territory.
- Stay up-to-date with client firms' initiatives and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- One or more years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses within an approved time frame.
- Strong initiative, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to influence others, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks.
