Job Summary
Stephens Insurance is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling various aspects of insurance policies, including processing endorsements, issuing certificates, and preparing summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process endorsement requests, including binding new and renewal business.
  • Prepare and issue pre-renewal summaries.
  • Order loss runs and prepare premium and loss summaries.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the account team, including the Account Manager and management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling in this specific skill area.
  • Three years of experience interacting with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
