Job Overview

Canteen One is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis for national vending and office coffee clients, while also supporting the Senior Financial Analyst and department manager in ad-hoc analysis requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing packages to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Prepare accurate and timely Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to ensure stakeholders are informed of financial performance
  • Manage effective communication with Sr. Client Services Directors, branch management, and client contacts to ensure seamless execution of financial analysis and reporting
  • Ensure the setup of assigned clients is correct to reduce and/or eliminate order adjustments and inaccurate client reporting
  • Coordinate and reconcile inter-company commission transactions with Compass to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • One (1) year preferred, two (2) years strongly preferred, of general ledger, financial reporting, financial analysis, and auditing experience
  • Strong relational database and/or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) skills required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; advanced proficiency preferred
