Job Title: Seasonal Stylist

At Kate Spade New York, we're seeking a talented Seasonal Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized styling services to clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and more.
  • Collaborate with store managers and assistant managers to drive sales growth and achieve individual sales goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
