Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients with mental health conditions.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Psychotherapy Services: Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning, and coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies as needed.
- Education: Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling, or Master's degree in Social Work with licensure as a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in patient treatment in a clinical setting, with a strong background in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and formal training/certification in a suicide prevention modality.
