Key Responsibilities

As an automotive technician at Midas SAIZ, you will be responsible for a diverse range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including:

  • Welding and customizing exhaust systems using a pipe bender
  • Heating and air conditioning systems
  • Belts and hoses maintenance
  • Radiator and engine cooling system repairs
  • Batteries, starting, and charging systems
  • Steering and suspension work
  • Brake repairs and maintenance
  • Oil change services
  • Check engine light diagnostics
  • Visual safety and courtesy inspections
Qualifications
  • Ability to independently repair vehicles while collaborating effectively in a team setting
  • Knowledge of automotive brake and suspension systems
  • Proven track record of high personal productivity
  • Understanding of safety and environmental standards in repair facilities
  • Experience with shop equipment such as lifts, tire changers, and alignment machines
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
  • State-specific auto repair certifications are advantageous
