As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager at Apgfcu, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the credit union's future by leading organizational needs assessments and designing programs for professional development and continuous learning.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to ensuring that we employ the best talent aligned with our strategic plan. You will be responsible for overseeing leadership of employees in the professional development department, leading teams through change management, and developing a succession plan.

  • Leadership: As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee leadership of employees in the professional development department, lead teams through change management, and develop a succession plan.
  • Strategic Planning: Set aligned strategy, assemble talent, develop tactics, and measure performance against the plan. Implement or recommend changes to meet corporate goals.
  • Budget and Results: Develop, implement, and administer the annual capital and operating budget of the professional development department.
  • Process Improvement/Project Management: Identify opportunities for improvement, collaborate with internal partners, and recommend adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.
  • Risk Management: Display strong financial acumen and oversee procedural alignment.
Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a Master's degree in Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior and seven years' experience in a financial institution, preferably in organizational development. Leadership experience is required, and clear evidence of success and competence within the organizational development arena, preferably in financial services, is essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
