  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of Parts Department staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pricing and Merchandising: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue growth with customer loyalty and market competitiveness.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or management, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
