Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop front-end staff to ensure excellent customer service and engagement
  • Work closely with upper management to ensure adequate staffing, a clean and safe store environment, and efficient checkout services
  • Train and develop partners on customer service standards, product knowledge, and cash handling procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate performance through observation and written or on-the-job testing
  • Ensure accuracy of front-end procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support the training of front-end staff on policies and procedures related to customer service, product codes, cash handling, and scanner operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification
  • TABC/LACT certification (where applicable)
  • Manager Food Safety certification
  • AML certification
  • Fuel Operator C Training (where applicable)
