Phlebotomist Opportunity at Mass General Brigham

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings, including inpatients, outpatients, and nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques
  • Operate phlebotomy equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet patient care needs
  • Meet productivity and quality standards for blood collection

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a phlebotomy course or previous phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Computer skills and customer service skills required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
