We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Salem Hospital, Inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our phlebotomy services.

• Perform phlebotomy services for all clients, working under the direction of the Phlebotomy Coordinator(s), Operations Manager, and Phlebotomy Manager.
• Provide support services to the laboratory, including handling multiple processes concurrently and effectively interacting with a wide range of personalities.
• Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Meet the qualifications outlined below.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting program, or a phlebotomy course as part of an associate or bachelor's degree program (such as nursing).
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience and demonstrated proficiency in the phlebotomy field.
