Shift Requirement: Availability for the 3pm-11pm shift is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests during the check-in and check-out processes, providing essential information and maintaining precise records of transactions.
  • Manage room reservations through various platforms, respond to guest inquiries, and efficiently handle special requests.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable stay for all patrons.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to prepare accommodations for incoming guests and uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, policies, and procedures to enhance their overall experience.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, complete tasks with efficiency, and proactively seek ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven skills in time management, organization, customer service, and interpersonal communication.
  • Experience managing telephone inquiries and effectively resolving challenging situations.
  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk or guest service capacity is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is advantageous.
