Job Description

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing DME equipment to ensure optimal functionality and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and relevant work experience in a DME field or setting with equivalent experience.

A valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain DME equipment in patients' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay current on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

An accredited degree in a relevant field is required.

A valid certification as a Durable Medical Equipment Technician is mandatory.

At least one year of experience in a DME field or setting with equivalent experience is desired.
