Job Summary

You will also be responsible for managing labor and subcontractors, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and enforcing safety and quality control programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project plan and maintain weekly progress
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Enforce safety and quality control programs
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs
  • Resolve day-to-day field issues
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a superintendent
  • Projects across the Southeast
  • Experience in Medical Office Building preferred
  • Structural Steel construction experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
