About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Kailua, Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided.
Requirements
  • Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in HI.
  • Have graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA.
  • 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
