We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to lead our service department, driving performance and excellence in customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, creating an exceptional service experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the service department, technicians, service advisors, service call center, valet, detailers, and service lane to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain a high customer service index (KPI) and achieve consistent customer pay repair order growth.

• Forecast sales, gross profits, and expenses, setting clear goals and expectations for the service team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the warranty office, shop, parts, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Manage and create processes to maintain top-level KPI, sales, gross, and net performance.

• Set monthly advisor goals and hold advisors accountable for meeting minimum expectations.

• Develop and execute effective customer relations policies, ensuring a positive and exceptional customer experience.

• Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.

• Attend manager meetings and conduct weekly service department meetings to ensure open communication and alignment.

**Requirements**

• Previous service manager experience required.

• Professional appearance and work ethic.

• Positive and proven track record of excellence.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
