Responsibilities:

• Provide the Better Buzz experience through prompt and friendly service, emphasizing community engagement.
• Exhibit knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, tea, beverage preparation, and food offerings.
• Consistently prepare and serve beverages and food items by following established recipes.
• Assist with store setup, cleanup, stocking, and special projects.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a busy coffee environment is a plus.
• Strong focus on guest service, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work according to store requirements.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays, which are peak business days.
