About the Role

Fogo de Chão is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Support Associate to join our team. As a Server Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Server Support: Maintain the ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items as directed at each table.
  • Table Clean Up and Setup: Execute table clean up and setup in an efficient manner.
  • Tray Transport: Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
  • Shift Duties: Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
  • Service Station Maintenance: Assist in maintaining each service station.
  • Guest Focus: Manage competing demands while putting the guest first.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
