As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety of projects, with a special emphasis on federal projects with NAVFAC and USACE, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage mid- to large-scale projects, including conducting engineering analysis and overseeing design and reporting to fulfill client requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide consulting services for impactful infrastructure projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster team connections.
- Develop technical skills, manage projects, lead teams, support ongoing project pursuits, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts.
- Leads and manages mid to large size projects.
- Coordinates and provides technical expertise for various projects.
- Leads, develops and maintains client relationships.
- Leads discipline /department efforts to grow technical expertise.
- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Approves and signs off on work.
- Leader in one or more areas of technology.
- Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large, complex projects.
- Leads proposal efforts including preparing interdisciplinary scopes and budgets.
