Are you seeking a role as an Insurance Customer Support Specialist? Our client, a prominent insurance agency, is in search of a committed professional to enhance their customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks related to servicing commercial insurance clients
  • Collect information for new business and renewal submissions
  • Prepare documentation for market presentation
  • Manage coverage alteration endorsements
  • Oversee renewal procedures
  • Record customer interactions in the Agency Management System
  • Assess risks and coordinate with insurance carriers
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and follow up on pending matters
  • Perform additional duties associated with agency functions

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should be an organized and driven individual with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. While previous experience in insurance is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is preferred. Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary for success in this role.
