Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $62,000 per year

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Execute medical regimens prescribed by licensed physicians or other authorized healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) or RN Permit required upon hire
  • American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire
  • Experience working in telemetry settings and a strong understanding of cardiac rhythms
