Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our life enrichment and activity programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities, events, and experiences that promote socialization, recreation, and personal growth among our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement life enrichment and activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of direct care staff to ensure seamless execution of programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Director of Nursing, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and resident-centered approach.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident engagement and satisfaction, making adjustments to programs as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [insert time] years of experience in Assisted Living or a related field.
  • Experience in Mental and Behavioral Health preferred.
  • A CNA/NAR or HHA Certificate is preferred but not required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Recreational Therapy, Mental Health, or a related field is preferred but not required.
