We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator Technician to become a vital part of our operations at Wolf Run - Sentinel. Our organization is recognized for its commitment to safety and excellence in the mining sector, providing a stable work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
Location: Sentinel Mining Complex
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely execute general labor tasks within the plant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant facilities while understanding the design and operational processes of all equipment.
- Support Plant supervisors and electricians in various repair and maintenance tasks.
- With proven skills, advance to roles involving loading trains, troubleshooting plant issues, and operating heavy machinery.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated work ethic with the capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in plant operations or heavy maintenance is highly desirable.
- Proven commitment to safety, reflected in past performance.
Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Plant Foreman.
