Position Summary: As a Showroom Sales and Selections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients including homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and designers in the selection and sale of premium building materials. Your expertise and project management skills will be essential in providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with showroom visitors to understand their project needs, offering guidance on product selection, generating quotes, and processing orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-maintained, and organized to enhance the customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and quote requests, aiming for a response time of within 24 hours.
  • Actively participate in all stages of project management, including reviewing plans, selecting products, preparing proposals, and managing delivery timelines.
  • Build and nurture relationships with builders, architects, and designers, educating them on our products and services to create sales opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with local building industry organizations to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Attend vendor workshops and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide assistance with counter sales when necessary.
