Key Responsibilities:

  • Record service requests in the IT system and process them efficiently
  • Handle return requests and issue corresponding credits
  • Invoice completed service assignments according to specifications
  • Maintain customer master data in SAP
  • Update the inventory of service technician vehicles

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in the service department, preferably in coordinating technician assignments
  • Good communication skills in English
