Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health screenings for inpatient psychiatric admission.
- Respond to call inquiries and obtain necessary information for mental health admissions.
- Make referrals for individuals not suitable for admission and complete pre-authorization of services.
- Welcome patients and complete paperwork upon arrival to the mental health facility.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- CPI/CPR certification and current licensure or certification preferred.
- Mental health experience and crisis management or intake experience preferred.
