As a Care Coordination Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our team, overseeing the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership and guidance to our care coordination staff.

About the Role

This full-time position is located at our NewPath Central Campus in Cincinnati, OH 45237. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working with licensed practitioners. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans for clients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care coordination staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree plus 1-year experience in a related field preferred.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional strongly preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT).
  • Experience supervising in a behavioral healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with licensed practitioners at a supervisor level.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
