Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Quality Strategist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our Opioid Abatement Program, you will play a vital role in shaping our pain management and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a leader in quality and promote its integration into the program.
  • Administer a robust performance and process improvement program.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to obtain and maintain accreditation(s) and/or certification(s).
  • Develop, manage, and utilize data and quality metrics.
  • Take responsibility for continued professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate in marketing and promoting the program through community outreach and education.
  • Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have 3-5 years of experience in a related healthcare field, demonstrating an understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice. A license or registration in nursing or an allied health profession is also required.
