Job Overview

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in related healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Licensure or registration in nursing or allied health profession.
What We Offer

The Norman Regional Health System offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
