Groundskeeper Specialist

**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeper Specialist to join our team at the United States Postal Service Headquarters facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience working with heavy-duty, power-operated equipment.

As a Groundskeeper Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering custodial services, including floor cleaning, buffer operations, and riding machine maintenance.

Your duties will include cleaning ceilings and walls, transparent dividers, and building fixtures requiring ladders. You will also be responsible for conducting general landscaping duties, such as mowing and trimming grassy areas, hedges, and maintaining pathways using heavy and/or riding equipment.

In addition, you will load and unload cleaning supplies and materials, shift furniture and equipment as needed for effective cleaning, and handle other assigned duties related to the job.

**Salary Range:**

This is a long-term career opportunity offering a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
