Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop a treatment plan to address these needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and engaged in the care process.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Alabama.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
