About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop a treatment plan to address these needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and engaged in the care process.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Alabama.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
