Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Financial Management: Analyze and interpret financial statements and store reports, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
- Employee Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Education and Experience: Equivalent to an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing, or management, with a minimum of two years' experience in retail or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
