About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Inova Northern Virginia Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will assist in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our center.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in orthopedic surgery
  • Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • Registered to practice in the State of Virginia
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
