Surgical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Inova Northern Virginia Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will assist in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our center.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in orthopedic surgery
- Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
- Registered to practice in the State of Virginia
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
