Key Responsibilities:

As a Class A CDL Truck Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving long distances across multiple states, averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Managing both loaded and empty miles, with all miles compensated.
  • Participating in our safety bonus program.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay based on your verifiable experience, starting at $.48 per mile. Our fleet averages between $1,400 to $1,600 weekly. Additional benefits include:
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit with online access.
  • Layover, dock detention, and multi-stop pay.
  • Generous sign-on bonus, payable within the first year.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision after 30 days.
  • Life insurance at no cost to the driver.
  • 401k retirement plan.
  • Paid vacation annually.

Work Schedule:

Our drivers typically enjoy a schedule of twelve to fourteen days on the road followed by two days at home, with one day off for every seven days worked.

Equipment and Support:

We provide our drivers with the latest model Freightliner semi-trucks, which are well-maintained and assigned to individual drivers. Our trucks are equipped with Qualcomm technology for efficient communication and navigation.

Driver Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age of 23 years.
  • At least 12 months of verifiable over-the-road experience within the last 36 months.
  • No DUI offenses in the past ten years and no more than two in a lifetime.
  • No DOT recordable accidents in the last three years.
  • No drug charges in the past ten years.

Additional Information:

We welcome passengers on day one at no cost, provided they are at least 18 years old. Pets are also allowed. All necessary tools, including EZ Pass, Pre Pass, toll cards, and fuel cards, will be provided to our drivers.
