About the Role
This Full-time Life Skills Coach position at Intercept Health's Independent Living Apartment Program involves actively engaging with young adults (ages 17-21) who are preparing for successful transition into the community. As a role model, you will help residents develop essential life skills, including money management, employment, education, and daily living skills. You will also contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident transitional living plans, assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
The selected candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by two years of experience in providing case management services to children and families. Alternatively, a human service Bachelor's degree with experience in case management or a human service Master's degree with student placement in case management is highly desirable.

Salary Information
We estimate an annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 for this position, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
