About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse III to join our NICU team at St. John's Regional Medical Center. This role requires advanced skills in neonatal nursing care and the ability to direct and coach other staff members.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will facilitate smooth operations in the NICU, act as a mentor and preceptor for junior nurses, and provide expert consultation on complex patient care problems. They will also ensure adherence to Dignity Health's core values and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements: To be eligible for this position, candidates must have three to five years of current NICU experience, including transport experience. A current California Registered Nurse License, CPR certification, and neonatal resuscitation certification are also required. Evidence of ongoing education in advanced neonatal nursing is necessary, as well as certification in fetal monitoring within six months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-speaking skills are desirable, and a BSN degree with neonatal specialty certification is preferred. However, these qualifications are not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive salary range is $49.45 - $70.39 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation.
