Modeling Analysis Lead

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Modeling Analysis Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Analysis, Modeling, and Simulation (OAMS) directorate, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on developing and integrating variable-fidelity computer models and simulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 8-15 engineers in the development and integration of complex system and system of systems models
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment
- Develop and visualize solutions in support of OAMS projects as an individual contributor
- Accountable for the execution of work and delivery of products from your section
- Responsible for direct line management activities for your employees, including performance development and appraisal
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Team leadership skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB
- Experience with Military Operations Analysis and active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
