This position will be based in Washington, DC at the Capitol Hill retail banking branch, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and develop a deep understanding of their financial needs and goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience - Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Transaction Processing - Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions, and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Referral and Upselling - Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate, while also developing banking product referral opportunities through strong relationship-building skills.
  • Lobby Engagement - Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Problem-Solving - Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Requirements
  • Customer Focus - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who possess the skills, competencies, and work experience necessary to succeed in this role.
